Creamy Chicken Soft Tacos

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
1 c. sour cream
tortillas

Place chicken and salsa in crockpot.
Cook on high 6-8 hours/shred chicken
Add sour cream just before serving and heat through.
Place in tortillas with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, etc.
