Coconut Syrup

1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
1 c. coconut flakes
3/4 c. brown sugar

Place everything in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

*Great on french toast with a little roasted coconut on top.
